All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed or processed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable.

All products sold by Aloura Vitality are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

Because of the nature of these products, we cannot accept returned merchandise or resell products that have left our control.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery date.

To help us investigate your claim, please include:

• Your order number 
• A description of the issue 
• Clear photographs of the product(s), packaging, and shipping label (if applicable) 

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, replace the affected item(s) or provide another appropriate resolution.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the purchaser.

Aloura Vitality is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is believed to be lost in transit, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package are not eligible for a refund.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

Orders begin processing quickly. As a result, we cannot guarantee that order modifications, address changes, or cancellations can be accommodated after an order has been submitted.

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter may delay the resolution process.
